Please note that commissions might take some time to complete, as I can get easily drained due to my mental health. I appreciate your patience — I aim to finish commissions within 3–4 weeks, with a maximum wait time of 2 months. If I take longer than expected, I’m comfortable offering refunds.Please read the following terms carefully. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
General Terms (For Pre-Made Items & Emotes) on Vgen
Payments: All payments are made upfront via Vgen.
Digital Goods: All items are digital files — no physical products will be shipped.
Usage Rights: You may use purchased items for personal or stream-related purposes. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming the artwork as your own is not allowed.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. If you encounter an issue with your purchase, please contact me via Vgen or Discord.
Credit: Credit is appreciated! If you use my art on platforms like Twitch or Discord, please link back to my Vgen or social media.
Custom Commissions Terms of Service
If you're commissioning a custom piece, please read the following carefully.
Payment & Pricing:
Payment Schedule: 50% upfront before I start, and the remaining 50% before the final unwatermarked file is sent.
Payment Platforms: Payment is handled through Vgen which included Paypal
Currency: Payments are accepted in any currency. They get automatically converted to your currency on Vgen (I am based in Germany, so keep in mind that my prices are in euros)
Turnaround Time:
I aim to complete commissions within 3–4 weeks, depending on complexity and workload.
If delays arise, I’ll inform you as soon as possible.
You can track commission progress via my Trello queue / Vgen
Process & Requirements:
References: Visual references are highly preferred (photos, mood boards, collages). If you'd like me to piece together multiple elements or create designs from scratch, an extra fee may apply (depending on complexity)
Communication: I only communicate through Vgen and Discord.
Form Requirement: All commission requests must be submitted through my Vgen to ensure I have all necessarry details in one place
File Delivery: Finished files will be sent via Vgen
Revisions:
Sketch Phase: Up to 3 minor revisions included.
After Sketch Approval: Major changes or additional revisions may incur extra fees.
Final Stage: No revisions will be made after the commission is considered complete.
Usage & Rights:
Personal Use: You may use the artwork for personal projects, streams, or social media.
Commercial Use: If you plan to monetize content featuring my art (e.g. Artworks, Merch etc.), you must purchase commercial rights for an additional fee (+20% of total price).
Ownership: I retain the rights to the artwork, including the right to share it in my portfolio or on social media (unless otherwise agreed upon).
Restrictions: Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial artwork be used for monetized content without purchasing commercial rights. My Artwork may not be used for AI Datasets, or Machine learning in ANY form. DO NOT re-upload or repost my Art without clear visual credit to @mimpkin or under @mimpkin_art
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Before Work Begins: Full refunds available.
After Work Begins: Partial refunds may be given if I'm unable to complete your commission.
After Completion: No refunds once the artwork is finished and delivered.
Communication & Response Time:
I will communicate only through Vgen, or Discord.
If I don't receive a response within 7 days during a revision phase, I may proceed with the commission as is.
By purchasing or commissioning art through my Vgen or DMs, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you have any questions or want to discuss your commission, feel free to reach out.
